1) Sales & Pricing

- Promotions, discounts, or offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inventory issues.
2) Payment
- Accepted payment methods include credit cards and bank transfers.
- Orders are processed once payment is received and verified.
- For high-value orders, we may require additional identity verification before shipment.
3) Shipping & Delivery
- We ship to USA only.
- Orders are typically processed within 2 business days.
- Shipping times vary based on destination and courier services.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.
4) Returns & Exchanges
- We accept returns within 2 days of delivery if the watch is unworn, in original packaging, and with all protective stickers intact.
- Refunds will be processed after inspection and issued via the original payment method.
- Custom or special-order watches are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
5) Warranty
- All new watches come with a manufacturer’s warranty.
- Pre-owned watches may include a limited in-house warranty.
- Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, water damage, or damage due to misuse.
6) Authenticity Guarantee
- We guarantee that every watch we sell is 100% authentic.
- Certificates of authenticity, original boxes, and manufacturer papers will be provided whenever available.
